Topamax .-.

It's always a toss up between side affects vs. Seizures. Pretty much with every medication. Reading through all the posts has made me feel better and worse. Made me realize I'm not alone with all these side effects, not crazy, but at the same time..it takes so long to find what really works. I started on topamax, generic brand, at first I felt much better. It got rid of migraines mostly. I had then every day, all day. So once a week was a nice change. But I lost weight like, extreme. Dangerously fast. Wasn't overweight. Ended up upping the dose, weight loss eventually stopped but then with a higher dose, I started having seizures everyday. I had to switch to new meds. Had a bad experience with keppra, depicote, tegretole, carbam..something, diazepam, none did any good for me.. keppra made me extremely sick, tegretol or depicote, one of them gave .e extreme thoughts of violence, it was awful. Eventually I was put back on a low dose of topamax to just ease everythi mg over and now im having constant seizures agai ..awaiting to find a new better medication. Now I just have severe depression, ptsd, par a noia, anxiety, aggression..
