Topamax

Fri, 01/15/2016 - 07:53

Hi everyone!
When I first was diagnosed with epilepsy I was being medicated with Topamax. I had been taking it for about 4 years and then I stopped because my epilepsy was well controlled. I had certain side effects when I took it, like memory loss, lack of concentration, eating issues and many others. I've begun to take it again recently due to a reoccurrence of seizures and I'm afraid I might experience those side effects again. I'm a university student now, I'm living abroad and my biggest worry is that I might not be able to cope with all of this. Has anyone experienced the same?

Thanks for your anwers.
