I've been taking tegratol for 4years and I only had seizures the morning after I had been drinking or if I missed my meds for 2 day's or so.

I have been taking tegretol for 13 years along with keppra. The only major side effect that I am experiencing is the skin pigmentation on my back has gotten lighter and not only that it has started to spread onto the front of my chest. The thing is that I am black and the lighter pigmentation on my back has made me self concious. Has this happened to anyone else taking tegretol, if it has please let me know because it is seriously stressing me out.
