Primidone - light headed dizzy

I've been a lot of meds to control my epilepsy and thankfully I've only had side effects from 2 of these meds.
I just started Primidone and get light headed and dizzy.
Can anyone tell me how long this effect typically lasts or is it just something to deal with?

Generally side effects last 2-3 weeks because your body gets usd to the medication. If the dosages had been increased then those weeks start again but are reduced by about 1/2.
