onfi side effects

Hello, my 12 year old son was on trileptal for 8 days and developed a severe drug rash from it. He was taken off and put on Onfi. He is also on 3600mg of Keppra. We just went up to a.m. and p.m. dose of onfi (been on it 4 days now) and he cries or gets mad in 2 seconds. He is obsessed with watching a video on youtube and i had to hide my phone and the iPad so he won't watch it bc it makes him mad and freak out. How long do the psych symptoms take to get used to? No seizures so thats great but its like Onfi makes him a different person. Any advice?
