Obtaining Topomax in the Middle East

I have been on 200 mg of Topomax for the past several years for seizure control and aside for once in a while breakthrough petit-mal before my period, my seizures have been under control. I have not had the bad side effects that others complain about with the medication. I wish I had weight loss! The problem is that this past year I have been working in Kuwait in an education position and obtaining the medication has been a pain in the neck to make a long story short. First of all, they do not even have 100 mg tablets, only 50 mg. I have been to four different pharmacies this school year because they all run out and whoever the distributor is here never seems to get it back in stock. I am fine for this school year which is ending, and I am heading back to the states. I am very worried about next school year. I may try nearby Dubai, which seems to have 100 mg available, but not 100 percent sure. I am curious if anyone on the board here has had any experience obtaining Topomax here in the Middle East or maybe even online perhaps? Any help would be appreciated!
