Longer term Keppra outcomes in infant.

Sun, 04/10/2016 - 23:03
Hi all, was wondering if anyone was able to provide any input as to the longer term use of Keppra in Neonates/infants up into the toddler years. My daughter had a few seizures at six weeks of age and after a hellish first few days was prescribed Keppra. Long story short she'll be on it until she is at least two. Does anyone have any solid knowledge on any possible long term outcomes that are at least somewhat close to this situation. I.E. neonate/pediatric patient who was prescribed Keppra and was on it consistently through early development. Just trying to eliminate some of the unknowns in this. Thanks a ton in advance. Gabe
