keppra, topamax, zonegran, zololf

Ok heres the long story. I was on keppra and topamax. And I had the short temper and attitude with the keppra. So my doctor put me on the zonegran to come off of the keppra. Then 3 days later I had 4 seizures and I hit my head and ended up with a concussion. Then my doctor put me back on keppra then zololf for my temper and attitude. So now Im coming off of zonegran.
Does anyone take keppra and topamax?
My gf was on 2000mg of keppra

My gf was on 2000mg of keppra and that worked fine for about a year and a half, recently she has been getting headaches which have been leading to "pre seizurer feeling" fuzzy head, dizzy ect. So her doctor started her on 25mg of topamax daily for the headaches. It's been about 36hrs so far and her headaches seem to be a little worse. Waiting on blood results to see her levels of keppra.
