Has anyone had bad headaches, no motivation and really bad tiredness? Been on this a week now after having to change from lamotrigine and my seizures havent been controlled yet.  Would be grateful if anyone could share their experiences Thanks

JasminIt takes time for the medications to build to the therapeutic levels the neurologist wants. lamotrigine is not like aspirin where  one size fits all. Keep count of the number of seizures you have had and let the neurologist know. He will be asking you that which can help him see whether or not the dosages need to be raised or decreased, I would also suggest you get the My Epilepsy Diary. Use it and give your neurologist permission to bring it up. Which could help him with dosage and medication changes or other procedures that can help get you seizure free.
