Dizziness

I get incrediblely dizzy and have drop attacks for hours and when I lay down I get shaking of my left side. My head lifts off the pillow. By the end of the day I am able to get out of bed and walk around a bit. The dizziness and drop attacks come back but not as bad. I am cold for hours and and sleeping a lot. I am on lamitical Fycompa and vimpat they are not working. The lamitical stopped working completely 9months ago 2 extra meds not working. Fycompa 5 months and vimpat 3 weeks ago. When does the medicine kick in? Does think the dizziness is that ear thing menners disease. I would really like to get out of bed.
