I'm on all three.. I want to get off them all. Keppra made me want to die. These just make me exist. I'm not the same person. I'm depressed. Does anyone know of any alternatives to traditional meds or is it possible to just take one of these? I take ten pills a day. I can't keep doing this. I don't want to live this way. Any suggestions??

Try to stop being so negative

Try to stop being so negative about your meds. Your mind needs time to adjust to them just like your body. Not feeling like yourself is normal at first but you will adjust- try to stop fighting it off. I take 12-15 pills daily, none completely control my seizures but they do help.. I've switched on off several and know that your mind-set is will change accordingly. Not feeling like yourself is because your mind is getting re-adjusted at.first. But remember there is a reason and eventually you will feel more normal . Be glad your meds are helping !:
