dilantin and blood thinners

Any body take Dilantin and any of the blood thinners. I would like to switch from warfarin to one of the new ones but someone told me they don't go together very well.

I read your post and understand what you want to do.  I also have a friend that had talked to his cardiologist about the new blood thinners. His cardiologist stated unless the blood is tested regular it could get too think or in some people not thin enough. So do yourself a favor rather then telling your doctor you want to change your thinner as him about the one you want on. Generally a good doctor knows which is better for you and your condition
