Suffocating Dreams

Sun, 11/20/2011 - 16:33

I have these dreams repeatedly where I am trapped in an enclosed space and trying to escape but it's filling up with...something. I've never figured out what, but it expands like mousse and it feels like it is slowly squishing me. And when I wake up my mouth is all fuzzy and my tongue has a numb sensation and it takes me a few minutes before I can talk. Sometimes this happens when I "zone out" during the day.

I had benign rolandic epilepsy when I was younger but it has been years since I had a seizure. Everyone tells me this is just a side effect of that. Any opinions?
