Something about me has changed. help please

I've had epilepsy since I was about 11 or 12 at first I only had a seizure every once in a while, the longest I went without having one was six or seven months. And I got close to that more than once. But the last month or so the longest I went without having one was two weeks, I've also been randomly getting really dizzy to the point where it is hard to walk and almost hard to keep a conversation going, and yesterday I had a seizure like hours I woke up I was still having partial seizures which only last 15 minutes tops, then I had a seizure which also only ever happen not long after I wake up. So all of this stuff is different, I don't know what it is but if any of you do that would be awesome if you could help, please!
