not having an appetite while on zonisamide

My daughter is 14 and has been on zonisamide for a few months and still has problems with her appetite. While on depakote she practically ate us out of house and home! Since that med wasn't working we had to switch her over to the zonisamide. At first we had to practically force feed her and now she has some hunger but nowhere near what is normal for her. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have some suggestions on how to increase her appetite? We are tring high calorie foods but she just isn't hungry!

Hello did you all find a resolution because I’m going through this now and it’s horrible I lost 70 lbs in 4 months and I’m nauseous everyday Bc I can’t eat but this keeps me from seizing but I can’t take it!
