Muscle pain after grand mals?

Sun, 04/23/2017 - 20:55
Any recommendations for muscle pain after 4 grand mals? I'm 16 and I had 4 grand mals the other day and I was wondering if there was anything that could help with back pain?

Heating pads help. Or find

Heating pads help. Or find some Tiger Balm it is better then many other rubs,But you have the pain and all you know is it came after 4 grand mals. Do you know what your muscles do during one? Have you ever over exerted a muscle and felt it the next day/ Well in a grand mal seizure your muscles are convulsing with all the strength thy have, That strength is far beyond what you think you can handle. While in a seizure I tossed my 235 lb. step father over me. I couldn't even handle the bar bells with both hands we had gotten for me to start working out and it was only 110 lbs. Now for those 4 grand mals in one day. You need to contact your neurologist and ask about a medication that can stop cluster seizures?

Has anyone tried those post workout recovery muscle milk type drinks? I imagine anything that is supposed to be good for your muscles would help reduce pain and inflammation. Just an idea. I might try to ask a physical therapist.
