Living with Epilepsy, Monitoring Device

are a team of MIT and Harvard scientist working with a start-up company
on a product that detects seizure events and alarms designated family
members and caretakers of the patient. In order to develop the product
to meet the needs of the patients and caretakers we are asking you to
fill out this questionnaire which will help us better design this

The noninvasive-wearable product allows
patients to be independent and families to monitor their loved ones
even when they are far away. In addition to the real-time monitoring
that comes with wearing this wristband, it can also provide valuable
information to neurologists over the long term, regarding the history of
seizure events.
