Are there any schools for epileptic kids in India, Delhi?

Hello All
My 12 year old sister is suffering from epilepsy. Due to peer pressure and non cooperative teachers at school we were forced to stop her formal schooling. Along with epilepsy she have hearing impairment and speech problem, which make a normal classroom even more difficult for her.
Adversely, because of this she got secluded from a social life and normal friends, which in turn is affecting her emotional behavior.
Now, i am looking for any special school which along with the mainstream education could provide her with little special care.
If anyone of you could suggest something considering the above case, it would be of a great help.
