That's why I saw a social worker instead, they have to listen to you, they can't prescribe anything. That's not helping, either, I'm sorry to admit. There has to be more research regarding E and depression, because the more people I tell about my feelings, the more I realize that MOST of us get depressed!! We need something other than more drugs. Like I said before, the social worker doesn't seem to be much help, I could talk to my dog and get as much input as I get from those sessions. Sorry to be such a pessimist, but I'm frustrated which only tends to make me more depressed. Susan

(((hug))) Me too. You know what I find helps? Journalling the good things and reading it when I'm down. Journalling everything so I know I'm not crazy. The therapist I see tends to give some good input, but mostly he just asks questions. lots of questions. Do you find essential oils help you? or do they trigger you? I like burning lavendar. It helps me a lot. I like bubble baths with lavender scented candles or oils. I hope you find something that makes you feel good and calm. And if you just need to chat, I think a lot of us get frustrated. =( ((hug))
