What do I do next?

I have already posted about my 4 seizures I've had, and asked many questions to which I'm greatful you all answered. But once again I am stumped and need more advice.
Recently I had an EEG, MRI, and X-RAYS done for my recent seizure episodes. They all came back normal and nothing seem to show anything. Which is wonderful, but now I don't know what that means next...
I asked my neurologist "okay so if they all came back normal, do we have any idea what it is or the cause?"
He said "of course we do," as relief of finally knowing washed over me he replied "chronic migraines and seizure spells." I mean no s**t that's what I have been saying but that remained his answer. He switched me to two new medications as I was having side effects with the other two and he wants to sign me up for physical therapy for neck & back pain....
I am more concerned of the damn migraine I deal with on a close to daily basis and he wants to give me physical therapy.... I mean, am I missing something....
What do I do next?
