What to do?

Hello! I was diagnosed with Epilepsy at the age of 16, believed to be the result of a bike accident. I was in remission for 2 years. When my Epilepsy became active, my Dr. was deceased. Now the Dr's I have had, have done EEGs, but have caught nothing. With that and the fact that I don't always have incontinence with my seizures...My Neuro, ER Drs, and paramedics just jump to the conclusion that I have pseudo seizures and that I am faking it. In return, they are rude to me, my family, and friends. This is hurtful, because I have no control over these seizures. They have robbed me of a lot of things. Etc.. As a result, they didn't have me on medication for my epilepsy. I recently went on a business trip for a not for profit org. to Colorado and almost died there. I was taken to the hospital with status epilepticus and them went into lung failure and had to be put on a ventilator. I am ready to throw in the towel...I don't know how to get medical professionals to take my condition seriously and to help me rather than hurt me. Any suggestions? Anybody else have problems only occasionally with incontinence during their seizures?
