What the? Can someone help?

Hi, I've been diagnosed with SPS. I get the deju vu's and wierd out of body sensations, smells, bad tastes, etc..... I also get a lot of body twitches though that I don't understand. They feel almost like muscle aches but they are different. A muscle ache only hurts in the area where the muscle hurts. These twitches though seem to affect my whole body. I get them in the bottom of my feet, my thighs, the front of my legs, my lower stomach, my ribs, and my hands. When they occur they feel like a cramp but they race up the rest of my body to my head making me feel almost as if I have the flu. I call them the 3 second fu's. Sometimes they come right after the other then all I want to do is sleep and sleep and sleep. My whole body will feel as if it has been ran over by a steam roller. These will happen for a few days then go away for days or weeks. Then they start all over again. Sometimes just little ones. Other times bigger ones. What's also wierd is somethimes the twitches are preceeded by a split instance of silence almost as if the world stands still, then bam!! I'l get a little twitch or just a cramp then it races through my whole body. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Is this part of what an SPS is? Thanks, DazedandConfused

I would say yes, that sounds familiar. Has your doctor started trying you on medication to control these?
