My husband and I were in Walmart Saturday. We had gotten our shopping done and decided to grab a sandwich at the Subway there in WalMart to pass some time before an appointment we had later. We were in line, I was about to tell the lady what I wanted on my sub and as I moved down the line toward the register I saw this older lady....and I had never seen her before, but I knew her. Like that de'javu feeling. I was feeling so weird, shaky, etc. I told my husband I had to sit down. He had to come and get more money from me and I cound not make my hand open/unzip my wallet. It didn't last long. I hate those things. These are seizures right? I have had several lately. And am actually on more medicine now that ever. I just wanna give up.....The meds make me crazy. Its almost impossible to do my job right. I hate to quit it, but what else can I do.

My sympathies What you described could be seen as a partial seizure. I know the medication can be horrible, especially when the side-effects replace the seizures they are supposed to be controlling. Perhaps the doctor can give some ideas on alternatives, which might also allow for the lowest dosage in the therapeutic to control the seizures with minimal side-effects. As for the job, perhaps a career counsellor could help you employ other talents you have.
