Veganism & Epilepsy

I have had epilepsy for 35 years. About three months ago I became a vegan. I was wondering if anyone had any problems with epilepsy and a vegan diet?

I tried vegan once for a short while and never had any problems, but then again it was only about a month. Just out of curiousity, were vegetarian first?

I was vegetarian for several years, eating cows milk & eggs for a while. Then I weened myself off eggs and finally cows milk. I have lost more weight than at any time of my life since starting veganism four months ago. My dcotor doesn't seem to have many concerns, while giving me tips on how to get my vitamin B12.

and the vegan meals you eat, are they actually good? Like taste wise? So far I can't find things vegan that I can put together quick and actually eat without gagging (could just be my cooking, I should point that out:), not to mention there's always ingredients that I can't find in normal stores, which is frustrating.
