tracking, analyzing and sharing your seizure activity

http://www.neomedsoft.com/epitrax/ is a website that sells (about $50) something where you can electronically log your seizure activity. You can keep close record of your seizures, what types, how often they occur, your daily activity which might help the doctor better understand what is going on with you and so on. Has anyone tried this yet? Looks like a good thing to do. So many things happen to me from day to day that there's no way I could remember them. I bet doctors would appreciate us keeping such a detailed account of what's going on. The more info they have the better they can help us.

I used to keep a very good record of seizures, doctor appts., what was discussed, blood work, the meds I was on, you name it. I was so tired of having seizures I wanted to nail it and stop them for good. Then I got married and had 2 girls. Now I bairley have time too pee. I would love to get back in the groove of recording and keeping things under control. If there's a site that can help, great!

Like you, I would like to keep better track of my seizures. I think my.epilepsy.com is going to release a seizure tracker sometime soon, I know they were working on one. Maybe epi_help has an update for us? Sure would be great to have one here on this site we could use.
