tiredeness :(

I m epileptic since i was 16, now i m 30 years ago.
I have ever tried lot of drugs like kepra,depakine and lamictal recently.
I m suffer of grand mal seizures; at first little spasms and after grand mal seizures while my awakening.
My worse Side effects are tiredeness, lack of focus.
I ve tried CBD and it avoid seizures, since 1 week i have no drugs and it s all right just few times little spams.
Without medications i m still tiredeness and lack of focus, do you think my previous seizures dommage my brain ?????? (about 10 grand mal seizures of 30 min about each).
