time change

I will be going over seas. There is a 6 hour time change.  How do you adjust your medication to change you have time changes?

depending on the length of time you are there. I have a 2 hour change when I go visit my Mom. When I was taking my meds at 7 am and pm I left the time alone since I was waking up at 430 or 5 anyway and 7 was 5 her time. You might call your neurologist but those changes can be made if you are going to be there for  long period of time. Call him since this issue is about time to take medications and no visit is needed. If you have a good relationship then you will get a call back with an answer. I hope this helps JOe
