Thoughts on a seizure response dog

Sun, 01/25/2015 - 10:33

Hi, I am a mother of 2 small children and have been having seizures for about 10 years but have gotten worse and more frequent about 3 years ago. My husband and I have been looking into getting a seizure response dog to help me be able to be a bit more independent and help put both him and I at ease. I frequently play in an adult softball league (at least twice a week except during winter) and would like to be able to go out more on my own. What are your thoughts on a response dog and I would be interested in speaking to anyone who has or knows of someone who has a response dog.
