Telling a long time job about your epilepsy

Fri, 09/25/2015 - 10:43
I have been at my job for about three years and I have been able to manage my seizures well until now. I have never told my job about any of my health issues and they haven't presented a danger as of yet. I am worried if they do. With that in mind does anyone knows how a company can react to suddenly finding out a employee has had epilepsy the intire time but is just now saying something. What are the things they can and might do legally? I am in the United States if that makes a difference.
