Sudden small seizures when doing something

Tue, 12/08/2015 - 02:57

I am male aged 24 working in a IT firm. I have came across with a situations like I have seizures.

It occurs when I suddenly get up from, starting to walk/run, like sudden actions on the body. I have full conciousness when the seizure happens. the seizure last for just 10-30 seconds and it's gone.
When it occurs, I can't control either my left arm and leg or right.

I don't know how bad it is and how harm it is for me? Why this happends, is it dangerous?
