Struggling right now, any words of advice?

I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy when I was 15 and am now 23. I have just started university, end of my first year next week! And it cannot come soon enough... I'm not sure if anyone else gets the horrible thoughts and voices that I do (lamotrogine) but I have actually been seizure and absence free since 2012. I can now drive but recently the voices are taking over, I can usually control them, and the past two days I have had huge panic attacks which at the time I worry are seizures and get myself even more worked up. My specialist insists its just stress and I do understand that, the part of my brain flares up. Is this normal though, anyone else been through this, someone else who knows how I feel to a certain extent, I just feel like I'm going crazy.
