I tried to but when I made the long trip my doc had a emergency and I waited for 1.5 hrs but that was enough. My 19yr daughter ended back up in the hospital today. I have to go for a bike ride to see if I can clear my head...x

hi xgi, i have had a lot of problems with increased seizures over the past year and the epi spec said it is all stress related. i am to avoid stress, including my son who is 29 and a drug addict and he now has me going to a shrink to work on it all. plus my mom died last oct which i never have dealt with and i talked to my sister and she is in the same shape i am in. so i think its talking to God, meditation and yoga as well to try to keep the stress at bay. my hubby already told the kids do not talk to me about anthing but happy stuff. banffgirl
