Something that can help

Wed, 12/27/2006 - 21:43
It is a long time since I have discussed various situation of epilepsy. I went through a bad time and now I feel better and it seems that I have more power to struggle against seizures. Lately, I have found something that can help me and may help others. It is MEDITATION (easy kind of meditation) from Centerpointe research and it seems to help. Holosync soundtracks gives the brain a stimulus which causes the creation of new neural connections between the left and right hemisphere of the brain. This process produces a very pleasurable meditative experience, plus all kinds of deep and positive changes in emotional health --and, some impressive improvements in mental abilities. In the beginning, I thought that the CD's wouldn't work, but slowly I started to feel better and to have more power for the control of seizures. Using these CDs there is a new vitality and sense of well being; obliteration of tiredness; deep relazation and releif of anxiety, with consequent healing of stress-related disorders. It's a couple of months that I have started and it seems to work. If you are interesting in it, ask me and I will give you the CENTERPOINTE RESEARCH INSTITUTE site. The Institute is there in America. Happy New Year to all! Edy
