Sexual concerns

Hi, My boy friend has had epilepsy since he was 15. He was in a really bad accident which caused it. He is now 44 and is on Phenytoin. He has no problems getting an erection or keeping it. But, he never wants to climax, he say's he enjoys the journey too get there and he loves it when he can make me come. You see he has a seizure when he does. He can't breath and then starts caughing terribly. We have a great time together I just don't feel quite right knowing that he can satisfy me time and time again and he never gets to finish. Is it normal for him to have these seizures when he comes? Or is this something that he should bring up with the Doctor? He said the Doc is trying to get him to try taking less medicine but when he does he has smaller seizures. Please help.
