Seizures after waking up

Tue, 03/07/2017 - 20:30
I have had seizures now for a while and didn't know what they were. When I finally had a grand mal at work we figured out what my episodes were. I was having 2 to 4 episodes a day. I guess they call them complex partial? I'm not quite sure. After taking medicine things got better, but I still have weaker versions of thsee episodes. They are usually within 2 hrs of waking up. They have me on carbatrol and vimpat. Now after 2 weeks if being on vimpat, I have had one seizure a day for 4 days straight. They haven't been this frequent since I was off any medication. So I guess my question is, does anyone have this kind of issue, and what were some of the remedies for the problem? I feel like I can fight them off, but no one is ever around when I have them. My son was with me one time and he said my hand was shaking real bad and I looked super tense in my body.
