Scared really scared for my brother

Hi, support

My brother has been having these little episodes where he would be in a zombie like state. The first time he slept walked and fell twice and hurt his arm. The third time he had a episode where he was just groaning real loud and foaming at the mouth, the doctors ran all the test they could and everything was normal they said it possibly was a seizure., but kind of wasn't because he wasn't shaking or having the typical seizure symptoms.

He's currently at the hospital while he was sleeping the nurse came rushing in saying his heart monitor went off and we tried waking him up he wouldn't get up he would wake a little and fall back asleep she said he had a episode again not sure if he had one in his sleep.

Every test is normal and he's scared he may be dying Iam too, I don't know what to do for him

Your brother is just having seizure-they will not kill him. Once he is on the right meds these will be abated or eliminated. His doctors will help to do this. I know its scary to see seizures especially in a loved one but what if he had cancer, diabetes or a major stroke? Please try to see the positive and help him to not feel bad as well.
