Reporting Seizures

Hello I have been asked to track my seizures which I am happy to do but the problem is I am unaware that I am having them and on my own for the vast majority of the time. Are any of you in a similar situation and if so what do you do in this situation

Hi Happy Girl A stated in your last post I'm in exactly the same situation, what made the doctors investigate for E in the first place?

Hi happy, Do you feel any different after you have them? The reason I ask is that may be able to help you when it comes to logging. For example, if you are more tired or if you fall asleep afterwards. If you loose a lapse of time in between when they occur and when you can be fully focused again that might be another sign of a seize that had taken place. Did you ask your doctor if he/she suggests anything regarding this? Sue

I live with my Father, and he has a date book that he keeps on a daily basis anyway. I have one of my own, but don't write down any of my seizures. I know my Father writes them down and if I really need to, I could copy them from his date book. I probably should start keeping a record of my own for when I go to Neuro appts. Weather or not I want to tell my Neuro about them, my Father always does because I live under his roof. I think not keeping better track and telling my Neuro about them is part of my denial that I'm having them. I just want this whole Epilepsy thing to go back to the he11 that it came from and leave me the he11 alone!
