Recurring Grand Mal seizures

I  had been seizure free for a number of years but am quite depressed that they are now recurring on a somewhat regular basis. The medications I am taking both Kepra and Lamictal seem to be doing nothing. I could use some advice.

Oh wow I also had some "good years" seizure free thought I was cured and now there back I'm taking Tegretol and Keppra and am now seeing and epileptologist instead of a neurologist she said there are many types of seizures and a lot of new meds so if certain types don't work we will switch until we get the right combination   Good luck I know its hard after being seizure free for a while to be hit with it again!
