Recent Diagnosis

I recently began having major seizures. I am new to this whole thing so excuse me if I do not use the correct terminology yet. I had multiple major seizures the final week of December. Put on meds and still another in April. Now I had yet another in June. Meds are being adjusted but the side effects are brutal! The neuro will not say it is epilepsy. What is the difference? I cannot drive. I cannot work. I live alone and have been told that I should get a roommate. NO WAY! The docs say I can work but I do not know how. There are major precautions in place. I live in Montana. We do not have mass transit or public transportation. I have been relying on a very few friends to give me rides 43 miles one way to my doctor appointments. I am done. How do you folks find strength if you are alone, have no family and few friends?
