Really Bad Headaches-help
Tue, 09/19/2006 - 20:53I have been having really bad headaches since last week. I have been seizure free for 3 years, but i am concerned that this may be a sign that i am starting to have them again.....can anyone help?

There could be alot of other things that is happening.
Do you take any meds? Have you had brain surgery?
Make sure you talk with your doctor.

I would say to call your Doctor. I know not much help. Seriously I get really bad headaches too, and I know the pain of a 3-4 day headache. My friends tease me about my always taking a bath...but honestly I find, at times, it is the only thing that helps ease the pain,in my head. I put a few drops of essential oils (Lavender is calming), and float my head (ok,I float the whole body). Somehow it has an equalizing effect. Don't get the water too hot or your blood pressure goes up, your face turns red and your head starts pounding...not like I have done that or anything...right. Anyway...Best of luck, and I hope you feel better. Dayna
