Question on electric shock in my brain

Mon, 02/13/2017 - 23:41
Hi My names Ben and im 49 with a long history of headaches, nerve issues, and a recently discovered brain cyst thought to have possibly been a result from an accident I had at 14 , where I was hit by a car and my head went thru the guys windsheild. I was kept in the hospital for two months under observation for tge dr thought i may develop epilepsy from it. After the two months i was cleared to go home epilepsy free but he did say Id have trouble later in life. Fast forward to my later life. I kept having dizzy spells out of nowhere that lasted anywhere from thirty minutes to several days. I had my right side of my body literally lock up where i couldnt move it. I get headaches so severe i couldnt see and was overly sensitive to light. Once back in 2013 after going to the local er with a headache and dizzy soell i was diagnosed with a moderately aized arachnoid cyst on the left front lobe of my brain. I went yo a neurologist where he tested me for a while and determined it wouldnt ever be an issue. Earlier tonight i was relaxing , watching tv ehile laying down Suddenly my right ear starts ringinf with a high pitch, and the sound starts changing in pitch, and once it goes really high, This sudden, sharp shock hits the entire right side if my brain and it feels like my skull itself is vibrating from it. I see sparks in my right eye and nothing else and it all xauses me to grab my head and sit straight up unvoluntarily, and then curl up in a fetal position. Ive read about brain zaps that happened due to medications but im not on any nor have i taken any e.cept for cold medicine last week. The shock actually made me feel bad pain for a few seconds, left ne unable to move until it stopped and like I mentioned, felt like it made a vibration in my skull. Can this possibly be a seizure , or cyst related?
