Please help

My wife had a seizure last Sunday, she was visiting her parents and had the seizure, due to work I was unable to see her until the following Friday. I spoke with medics on the phone after she had the seizure, and they reassured me nothing was wrong. She went to the hospital and had all checks and they deemed her fine. It was the first time she had a seizure, she is a healthy 34 year old woman. I have been giving her my support and have been observing her. She has been talking like a child , she has ticks such as the left hand fingers and leg twitching. She seems zoned out now and again and is unresponsive. Other times she talks and laughs at things that make no sense. I am so worried now, as it has been a week and she has not recovered at all. I just do not know what to do, I live in the UK and I'm stuck, any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you
