Please Help!

At the age of 14 I had my first grand mal seizure, an event that changed my life forever. Now at the age of 22, I have battled epilepsy for the last 8 years. Along the way I had to face many challenges. Being unable to drive or play certain sports. I had to drop out of a top tier college, due to the countless seizures and transfer to a college closer to home. Being sick all the time meant countless hospital stays, trying to constantly catch up on school work and continually having to quit jobs. It always left me feeling always uneasy, in fear of losing control of my body and embarrassed for what peopole may think.

After the failure of several medications,  my doctors have decided on Temporal Lobe Resection Surgery. The idea scares me, but I know this is the answer to living a comfortable life and being able to get my masters.

Due to my current job situation as a temp, I have no way of obtaining disability. This money will help in paying my rent and utilities while I recover. If theres anything you can do, even including advice it would be so helpful! Thank you!
