Pineal Cyst

I have had a pineal cyst for the past few years. THe most recent MRI scans showed there was no growth. However, I have recently had an increase in headaches, neurological symptoms (slurred speech, blurry vision), and in my ADD. I thought that getting the cyst out would at least alleviate some of the issue but the doctors do not seem to think so. Has anyone had this surgery and if so did it help?
