by Author Stacey Chillemi The past is no longer here, Your epilepsy is now a part of you, The present is today, Survival of the fittest, This means accepting your disorder, Loving who you are, Making each day a positive one, Never feeling sorry for yourself, The future is waiting, So start planning now, Begin by challenging yourself, Focusing on not what your disorder is doing to you, But what can you do with your disorder to help yourself and others. Forgive me if I am wrong, but it may be a bit depressing to want to read an inspirational poem and have to read "Your Accomplishments" yet again...maybe leave that out once in a while?? Just a thought, it's terrific for you, but you have posted it over 40 times today alone, and are up to a blog every 30 minutes with the same thing.

HipChic I believe this is good advice, because many people could take this as an ego trip for the woman. Maybe she started out with this one message, believing that listing her accomplishments would allow others with epilepsy to see that they can accomplish things too. Maybe she's just so high that she's forgotten the general attitude of the people who are still trying to accept their condition! She could word the whole message much better by not applying it to herself in that manner. Say, "this is what can be accomplished" rather than "My Accomplishments"!
