Partial seizures due to estorgen

Sat, 04/29/2017 - 11:10
Hi All, I am a 32 year old breast cancer survivor and shortly after treatment and going off of birth control I started getting these weird deja Vu episodes during the times of my menstrual cycle where my estrogen was high. I do not lose awareness and do not have any movement. It's more like having a panic attack I guess because I get very stressed out. I took an EEG and it came back normal. Since figuring out that it was connected to my estrogen levels I have done everything I can think of to get them lowered and my episodes have become dramatically lessoned. I still have them but instead of going three days feeling out of it I only have it in the morning for a little bit one day twice a month (you estrogen levels go up twice during your cycle). Has anyone else had a similar experience that eventually developed into a tonic clonic? My Dr seems to be convinced I am heading that direction but I feel like I am finally heading away from that.
