Not sure what is happening

I am new to this site. I have a family history on my fathers side of seizures. He had some after age 60 although he had cancer at the time. My daughter had some problems in her teens where her face would go numb and after 2 EEG's we were just told they could see the family history of seizures in her brain. My uncle had epilepsy all of his life. I've never had any issues until the other day at work. I walked out of the bathroom and although I think I was only standing there for about 5 or 10 seconds. I found myself staring at the hallway wall and didn't know where I was. I forced myself to focus and looked up and down the hallway and then remembered where I was. Was this a seizure?
