neurotesting

Is the main reason for neurotesting to see if your brain is getting damaged by recurrent seizures? I used to think it was to see if medications were affecting your mind negatively but maybe seizures can damage brain cells.

if you are talking about neuro pcyho testing it does show if there has been any damage from too many seizures over a period of time which is my case, it also cheks people with damage from car recks and things like that. if you have a lot of t/cs over a perod of time that are very close togeter then it can cause brain damame. i became uncontrlalbe 4 yrs ago and still am, the fisrt year i had to many t/c to evencount. i now average 2-3 a week which is great, thats after geting onkeppra 1500mg with zonegran 800mg tranxene sd so i hope that help your ? banffgirl
