Neurofeedback Therapy for Adults?

I'm hoping to get some reallife experiences and results from Adults. I have complex partial seizures for 20 years.
And I have been on 7 meds over 6 years. Most of the really sucked with no control and really bad side effects. Finally went on Lamictal 2 years ago. But I'm starting getting really dizzy with the new generic.
I'm still having 1 or 2 episodes every 3 months.
I've been reading up on Neurofeedback and most medical articles are completely mixed.
So can someone help me give their experience and advice on this. Good or Bad?

I am only speaking from my experiances and what I have been doing. I have been living and dealing with epilepsy for 50+ years. I have been blessed to not have had a convulsive seizure since 1970. I still have seizures but they are now short. 20 years of complex partial seizures and having 1 or 2 every 3 months. have been on 7 meds over 6 years As for Neurofeedback it is still in it's testing stage as far as I know. yes articles are mixed. Doc hasn't said anything about it but then I haven't seen him in about 6 months. I do hope this helps
