Needing some Advice

Mon, 01/12/2015 - 11:45

Hi,

I am currently engaged to a wonderful man who has complex partial seizures. He mostly has them when he is asleep, however every now and then he has them during the day. My question is what is the best diet I could put us both on? As if I change his diet I would naturally change mine so he is not alone.

Thanks in advance

Hi. I am still researching for myself also. You are a wonderful partner let me say first off. There's ample of epileptic self tested diets online I'm trying. Also while your looking at changing your diet, keep in mind that just because something says or looks healthy, in America we use tons of additives and preservatives in our foods that's banned in other countires that's made out of chemicals that could affect epeleptics. Also if your willing to change your diet try looking at essential oils that will improve the health of you and your partner completely naturally. Good luck girl!
